Dress Alterations
Often we sell a dress which fits perfectly, which is great! All dresses are standard sizes which mean there may be some alterations to be made on your dress. Our experienced stylists will do their best to advise whether you can alter a dress in their own opinion, however, the customer is solely responsible for any purchase made of a dress that may need alterations. WED4LESS OUTLETS will not be held responsible for any costs or problems which may occur from these services, and you use them at your own risk. All dress alteration costs are solely the responsibility of the customer (you).

Please note, you the customer are solely responsible for checking that you are happy with the condition of all WED4LESS OUTLET products and being satisfied with your purchase before buying. WED4LESS OUTLET will not be held liable for any damages incurred after selling an item after the sales agreement has been signed by you and/or once it has left our premises.
Preserving your Purchase
If your purchase needs dry-cleaning in any circumstance, please seek the advice of a professional and reputable dry cleaning service with experience in dry cleaning high-end garments. WED4LESS OUTLET cannot be held responsible should any problems occur with any of these services, and you use them at your own risk.
Laying a Dress Away
Should you require it, we offer a layaway service of up to two weeks. Stock turnover is exceptionally high; therefore, unfortunately, we cannot lay away or reserve dresses without a non-refundable deposit to take it off the shop floor. Your deposit will be deducted from the dress you have reserved when you purchase it.
Refunds & Exchanges
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from WED4LESS OUTLET. If you are not completely happy, please note that we do not offer a refund unless goods are faulty, however, exchanges can be made on an off=the-peg wedding dress within 14 days from the date of in-store purchase or within 14 days from the date of the receipt of an online purchase, and only if the exchange process meets our Exchange Policy terms and conditions. We will only exchange the product providing we are completely satisfied that the dress is in the same condition as at the date of purchase and that you provide your original proof of purchase receipt from us. Please note exchanges cannot be made via a third party, and you can only exchange the dress at the outlet where you purchased it, and for an off the peg dress from the store. We will not be able to order another dress in for you. To see our exchange policy CLICK HERE. We will only be able to refund the original debit or credit card used to purchase the goods in question. If the goods were paid for by cash, we would usually refund the amount back to you in cash, however, for security reasons we do not hold large sums of cash in the store so we may offer to refund you on to a debit card instead. Cash sales cannot be refunded on to a credit card.Refunds or exchanges are not available on dresses that have been discounted further for imperfections noted on your signed agreement.
WED4LESS OUTLET reserve the right to decline an exchange if we are not satisfied for any reason with the dress you are returning.No further exchanges will be accepted after the first exchange unless faulty. We will not accept exchanges after the event the purchase was intended for. There is a £75.00 admin fee for any discretionary agreement.
Unless faulty, we do not exchange the following goods: Gown Bags.
In-Store Wedding Dress & Bridesmaid Dress Ordering
These dress/es are made specifically for you as per your order in your chosen standard size, and therefore we ask you to carefully read the following information. Once you have chosen your item(s) style, standard size and colour, we will ask you to confirm these by signing and dating (‘Order Date’) the ‘Bridesmaid Order Agreement’ or ‘Wedding Dress Order Agreement’. Only when the Bridesmaid Order Agreement or Wedding Dress Order Agreement is signed, dated, and a payment is received by Wed4less, will the order be accepted by Wed4less and entered into the ‘Ordering Process’. A deposit payment is usually half of the total order amount. When you have placed an order, made a payment, and signed and dated the Bridesmaid Order Agreement or Wedding Dress Order Agreement, this means that you have accepted the Wed4less Terms and Conditions and the Ordering Process has commenced. No changes or cancellations can be accepted to the order after this Ordering Process has commenced, and you are agreeing to pay any final balance.
Shade Dye Lots
We cannot guarantee shade dye lots for orders made at different times and/or from different stores. Also, there may be a small difference in colour from any swatch given to you to the colour of the dress/es you receive; this should be minimal and slight.
Sizing
All dresses ordered are standard size and length; the dresses are not made to any custom measurements, we do not measure anyone and you choose your favoured standard size from the store sample sizes. The staff can offer limited advice only when asked with regards to sizes, but the ultimate decision is that of the person who signed the order agreement, we will not accept that any staff member chose your sizes for you. Delivery & Lead Time
Once the Ordering Process has commenced, we expect bridesmaid dress orders in to store within a minimum of 20 weeks after the Order Date, and wedding dress orders in to store within a minimum of 20 weeks after the Order Date. All delivery times quoted are approximate, we will always endeavour to honour these but cannot be held responsible for external factors that may influence the delivery date. Once the dress/es are finished, we will contact you by telephone or email. Dress/es will require any balance paid within 10 days of being contacted, unfortunately, after this time the goods will be returned to Head Office despatch and there will be an administration charge of £75 for goods to be requested back to the store. Storage fees of £25 per week will be incurred from this moment. If your goods are still not collected two weeks after the given time frame/or as governed by your signed contract this will mean you are in breach of your contract with WED4LESS OUTLETS and will be pursued for any money owed to us plus costs. A form of ID and the original paperwork must support all in-store collections.
Online Wedding Dress & Bridesmaid Dress Ordering
These dress/es are made-to-order purchase/s ordered personally by you in your chosen style, standard size, and colour, therefore, we ask you to carefully read the following information. Once you have paid for your item/s, this means that you have accepted the Wed4less Terms and Conditions and the ‘Ordering Process’ begins on the ‘Order Date’. Once payment has been received, we will place the order with the production facility. No changes can be accepted to the order after this Ordering Process has commenced.
If you are not happy with your standard size online wedding dress purchase, we allow a 14-day exchange from you receiving your goods for any ‘off the peg’ gown in one of our stores, upon proof of receipt, proof of ID and providing that the gown adheres to our Exchange Policy terms and conditions. This must be notified to us within fourteen days of receiving your order. We do not allow refunds of any online orders unless goods are faulty, as your purchase was made-to-order in your chosen style, standard size and colour personally by you.
We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges of bridesmaid dresses as these are made-to-order purchases made personally by you in your chosen style, standard size and colours, unless faulty.
Postage
Please note: Any gowns requiring posting will be subject to a postal charge.
Shade Dye Lots

As the dress/es are not made-to-measure and are a standard size and length,, it is usual that they may require some alterations. Wed4Less cannot be held responsible or blamed for the alterations made to your dress/es, seamstress advice or quality of workmanship, and we would always suggest you make your own inquiries for these services and costs involved. Wed4less staff can offer limited advice about certain alterations, however, the final decision lies with our customers as to whether to buy a dress from us, and we would only suggest doing so if you feel absolutely fully confident yourself in the advice given.
Returns On Ordered Dresses
As these dress/es are made to order in your chosen style, colour and standard size/s, we will not offer any refunds (unless the goods are faulty) or cancellations or changes once the Ordering Process has started. Upon collection/receipt, should you have any concerns about your order, these must be aired to Wed4less within 7 days of the collection date.
