Dress Alterations

Often we sell a dress which fits perfectly, which is great! All dresses are standard sizes which mean there may be some alterations to be made on your dress. Our experienced stylists will do their best to advise whether you can alter a dress in their own opinion, however, the customer is solely responsible for any purchase made of a dress that may need alterations. WED4LESS OUTLETS will not be held responsible for any costs or problems which may occur from these services, and you use them at your own risk. All dress alteration costs are solely the responsibility of the customer (you).

Please note, you the customer are solely responsible for checking that you are happy with the condition of all WED4LESS OUTLETS products and being satisfied with your purchase before buying. WED4LESS OUTLETS will not be held liable for any damages incurred after selling an item after the sales agreement has been signed by you and/or once it has left our premises.

 

Preserving your Purchase

If your purchase needs dry-cleaning in any circumstance, please seek the advice of a professional and reputable dry cleaning service with experience in dry cleaning high-end garments. WED4LESS OUTLETS cannot be held responsible should any problems occur with any of these services, and you use them at your own risk.

Laying a Dress Away

Should you require it, we offer a layaway service of up to two weeks. Stock turnover is exceptionally high; therefore, unfortunately, we cannot lay away or reserve dresses without a non-refundable deposit to take it off the shop floor. Your deposit will be deducted from the dress you have reserved when you purchase it.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from WED4LESS OUTLETS. If you are not completely happy, please note that we do not offer a refund unless goods are faulty, however, exchanges can be made on an off=the-peg wedding dress within 14 days from the date of in-store purchase or within 14 days from the date of the receipt of an online purchase, and only if the exchange process meets our Exchange Policy terms and conditions. We will only exchange the product if we are completely satisfied that the dress is in the same condition as at the date of purchase and that you provide your original proof of purchase receipt from us. Please note exchanges cannot be made via a third party, and you can only exchange the dress at the outlet where you purchased it, and only for an off-the-peg dress from the store. We will not be able to order another dress for you. To see our exchange policy CLICK HERE. Should the exchange be for a lesser amount, we will not offer any reimbursement or a ‘top-up’ of other goods for the difference in price. Refunds or exchanges are not available on dresses that have been discounted further for imperfections noted on your signed agreement.

 

WED4LESS OUTLETS reserve the right to decline an exchange if we are not satisfied for any reason with the dress you are returning.No further exchanges will be accepted after the first exchange unless faulty. We will not accept exchanges after the event the purchase was intended for. There is a £75.00 admin fee for any discretionary agreement.

Unless faulty, we do not exchange the following goods: Gown Bags.

In-Store Wedding Dress & Bridesmaid Dress Ordering

These dress/es are made specifically for you as per your order in your chosen standard size, and therefore we ask you to carefully read the following information. Once you have chosen your item(s) style, standard size and colour, we will ask you to confirm these by signing and dating (‘Order Date’) the ‘Bridesmaid Order Agreement’ or ‘Wedding Dress Order Agreement’. Only when the Bridesmaid Order Agreement or Wedding Dress Order Agreement is signed, dated, and a payment is received by Wed4less, will the order be accepted by Wed4less and entered into the ‘Ordering Process’. A deposit payment is usually half of the total order amount. When you have placed an order, made a payment, and signed and dated the Bridesmaid Order Agreement or Wedding Dress Order Agreement, this means that you have accepted the Wed4less Terms and Conditions and the Ordering Process has commenced. No changes or cancellations can be accepted to the order after this Ordering Process has commenced, and you are agreeing to pay any final balance.

Shade Dye Lots

We cannot guarantee shade dye lots for orders made at different times and/or from different stores. Also, there may be a small difference in colour from any swatch given to you to the colour of the dress/es you receive; this should be minimal and slight.

Variances

As with all to order dresses, slight variations can occur between dresses. Elements such as beading, beads placement, lace positioning, and detailing etc may differ subtly due to the handmade nature of production. These minor variations are considered normal within the industry and do not affect the overall design or quality of the your order.

Sizing

All dresses ordered are standard size and length; the dresses are not made to any custom measurements, we do not measure anyone and you choose your favoured standard size from the store sample sizes. The staff can offer limited advice only when asked with regards to sizes, but the ultimate decision is that of the person who signed the order agreement, we will not accept that any staff member chose your sizes for you. Delivery & Lead Time

Once the Ordering Process has commenced, we expect bridesmaid dress orders in to store within a minimum of 20 weeks after the Order Date, and wedding dress orders in to store within a minimum of 20  weeks after the Order Date.  All delivery times quoted are approximate, we will always endeavour to honour these but cannot be held responsible for external factors that may influence the delivery date. Once the dress/es are finished, we will contact you by telephone or email. Dress/es will require any balance paid within 10 days of being contacted, unfortunately, after this time the goods will be returned to Head Office despatch and there will be an administration charge of £75 for goods to be requested back to the store. Storage fees of £25 per week will be incurred from this moment. If your goods are still not collected two weeks after the given time frame/or as governed by your signed contract this will mean you are in breach of your contract with WED4LESS OUTLETS and will be pursued for any money owed to us plus costs. A form of ID and the original paperwork must support all in-store collections.

Rush Order Service – Terms

Our standard production lead time is approximately 20 weeks from the date of order. We offer an optional Rush Order Service, which prioritises your order with the supplier to aim for an earlier delivery timeframe (typically around 16 weeks).Please note that all lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as production and shipping are handled by third-party suppliers.The Rush Order Service prioritises your order within the production schedule, but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. By selecting the Rush Order Service, you acknowledge that unforeseen delays may still occur, including (but not limited to) manufacturing, material, or shipping delays.The rush fee is non-refundable once the order has been placed, as the service is actioned immediately with the supplier.

We strongly advise customers to order well in advance of their wedding date and allow sufficient time for delivery, fittings, and alterations. Wed4Less will make every reasonable effort to monitor and expedite your order, but cannot be held liable for delays outside of our control.

Online Wedding Dress & Bridesmaid Dress Ordering

These dress/es are made-to-order purchase/s ordered personally by you in your chosen style, standard size, and colour, therefore, we ask you to carefully read the following information. Once you have paid for your item/s, this means that you have accepted the Wed4less Terms and Conditions and the ‘Ordering Process’ begins on the ‘Order Date’. Once payment has been received, we will place the order with the production facility. No changes can be accepted to the order after this Ordering Process has commenced.

If you are not happy with your standard size online wedding dress purchase, we allow a 14-day exchange from you receiving your goods for any ‘off the peg’ gown in one of our stores, upon proof of receipt, proof of ID and providing that the gown adheres to our Exchange Policy terms and conditions. This must be notified to us within fourteen days of receiving your order. We do not allow refunds of any online orders unless goods are faulty, as your purchase was made-to-order in your chosen style, standard size and colour chosen personally by you. 

We do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges of bridesmaid dresses as these are made-to-order purchases which were made personally by you in your chosen style, standard size and colours, unless faulty.

Postage 

Please note: Any gowns requiring posting will be subject to a postal charge.

Shade Dye Lots

Wed4Less has a full list of external alterations services should these be required. As the dress/es are not made-to-measure and are a standard size and length,, it is usual that they may require some alterations. Wed4Less cannot be held responsible or blamed for the alterations made to your dress/es, seamstress advice or quality of workmanship, and we would always suggest you make your own inquiries for these services and costs involved. Wed4less staff can offer limited advice about certain alterations, however, the final decision lies with our customers as to whether to buy a dress from us, and we would only suggest doing so if you feel absolutely fully confident yourself in the advice given.

One Bride, One Beautiful Party Promotion


1. Promotion Overview

The One Bride, One Beautiful Party promotion is available to customers who have purchased a wedding dress from Wed4Less and wish to purchase bridesmaid dresses and/or a Mother of the Bride/Groom outfit as part of the same wedding party.

This promotion is designed to reward bridal customers and support coordinated wedding party shopping.


2. Eligibility

  • The promotion is available only to customers who have purchased a bridal gown from Wed4Less.

  • All qualifying purchases must be linked to the same bridal gown purchase.

  • Customers must provide proof of the bridal purchase, either by receipt or booking record, at the time of purchase.


3. Bridesmaid Dress Discount

  • 5% discount is available when purchasing two (2) bridesmaid dresses.

  • 10% discount is available when purchasing three (3) or more bridesmaid dresses.

  • Bridesmaid dress purchases must be completed within 14 days of the bridal gown purchase to qualify.


4. Mother of the Bride / Groom Discount

  • 5% discount is available on one Mother of the Bride or Mother of the Groom outfit when linked to a bridal gown purchase.

  • 10% discount is available on one Mother of the Bride or Groom outfit when linked to a bridal gown purchase and the purchase of two or more bridesmaid dresses, provided all qualifying purchases are made within 14 days of the bridal gown purchase.


5. Proof of Purchase Requirement

  • Customers must present their original bridal purchase receipt or booking record to qualify for any discount under this promotion.

  • Discounts will not be applied without valid proof of the linked bridal purchase.


6. Exclusions

  • This promotion applies to full-priced items only.

  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or voucher.

  • The promotion does not apply to:

    • Clearance or sale items

    • Accessories

    • Veils

    • Online purchases


7. In-Store Only

  • The One Bride, One Beautiful Party promotion is valid in-store only at participating Wed4Less locations.

  • Online orders and telephone orders are excluded.


8. Non-Transferable

  • Discounts are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for alternative goods or services.

  • The promotion may only be used by members of the bridal party linked to the qualifying bridal gown purchase.


9. Availability & Time Limits

  • All qualifying purchases must be made within 14 days of the bridal gown purchase.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively outside of this period.


10. Right to Amend or Withdraw

Wed4Less reserves the right to:

  • Amend

  • Suspend

  • Or withdraw

this promotion at any time, without prior notice, where necessary.


11. Final Decision

All promotional discounts are applied at the discretion of Wed4Less in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Returns On Ordered Dresses

As these dress/es are made to order in your chosen style, colour and standard size/s, we will not offer any refunds (unless the goods are faulty) or cancellations or changes once the Ordering Process has started. Upon collection/receipt, should you have any concerns about your order, these must be aired to Wed4less within 7 days of the collection date.

Wedding Supplier Directory

These terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”) govern the relationship between: WED4LESS OUTLETS  www.wed4less.co.uk (“Website”) and other platforms and applications from which the Website can be accessed (together the “Wedding Supplier Platform”); and any provider of wedding-related goods or services available through the Wedding Supplier Platform (“you”, “your” or “Supplier”).

Each Supplier who signs up to advertise on the Wedding Supplier Platform, is acknowledging that it has read and understood, and agrees to, the Terms of Use. Upon joining a legally binding agreement is formed between WED4LESS OUTLETS and the supplier incorporating these Terms of Use (the “Agreement”).

The Wedding Supplier Platform is a platform from which the Supplier can advertise one or more of their wedding-related goods and/or services for purchase and/or hire to potential customers.

The Wedding Supplier Platform shall not be available to a supplier that, in WED4LESS OUTLETS opinion, does not provide wedding-related goods which are not wedding-related. Businesses deemed to be competitors to WED4LESS OUTLETS will not be accepted into the WED4LESS OUTLETS database, any money paid by a non-related business, or competitor will be refunded.  

WED4LESS OUTLETS may update and change the Wedding Supplier Platform from time to time to reflect changes to its products or services, its users’ needs and its business priorities.

Upon entering an agreement the supplier agrees to website linking before their business is published on the WED4LESS OUTLETS website. 

The Agreement start date will be the date on which your entry is first listed on the Website (the “Start Date”) which will be confirmed by your payment confirmation.

WED4LESS OUTLETS may terminate the Agreement at any time by giving you two weeks prior written notice.

 If you pursue any course of conduct which WED4LESS OUTLETS considers to be unacceptable. and/or you are in breach of the Terms of Use, and/or you are in breach of any relevant or applicable law or regulation and/or you become insolvent, WED4LESS OUTLETS may terminate the Agreement or suspend or withdraw your access to the Wedding Supplier Platform, without notice.

The Supplier reserves the right to terminate the Agreement by notice in writing. This is within 7 working days from the date the supplier paid. in which case a full refund will be made.

WED4LESS OUTLETS will try to ensure that the Wedding Supplier Platform is available 24 hours a day, but WED4LESS OUTLETS does not guarantee that the Wedding Supplier Platform, or any content on it, will always be available or will be uninterrupted and shall not be liable if it is not.

If maintenance, repair or circumstances arise which are beyond WED4LESS OUTLETS control, access to the Wedding Supplier Platform may be suspended or restricted by WED4LESS OUTLETS without notice.

WED4LESS OUTLETS cannot guarantee that the website will be free from viruses or bugs.

If in WED4LESS OUTLETS reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, WED4LESS OUTLETS has the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by WED4LESS OUTLETS, at any time.

WED4LESS OUTLETS shall not be held responsible for any adverse effect in the Supplier’s business, website traffic or ongoing sales in connection with the Supplier’s use of the Wedding Supplier Platform

If any material that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, likely to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to anyone; or, technically damaging or harmful in any way whatsoever regardless of the type or format (including, but not limited, to viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs and other harmful components) is posted or transmitted to or from the Wedding Supplier Platform by the supplier, then WED4LESS OUTLETS will be within their rights to cancel the listing.

WED4LESS OUTLETS will cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or courts requesting it to disclose the identity of anyone posting material in breach of these terms.

The Supplier shall only submit accurate, up-to-date and honest details about its (and its representatives) identity and business.

WED4LESS OUTLETS is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Wedding Supplier Platform (with the exception of the supplier’s own listing details) including the content that appears on the Website and all elements making up the Wedding Supplier Platform.

The Supplier shall indemnify WED4LESS OUTLETS against all costs, expenses, damages and losses incurred or paid by WED4LESS OUTLETS as a result of or in connection with any third-party claim brought against WED4LESS OUTLETS by the Supplier’s customer due to any defective goods or services supplied by the Supplier in connection with the Supplier’s use of the Wedding Supplier Platform according to these Terms of Use.

WED4LESS OUTLETS will not be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect damages) resulting from the Supplier’s use of the Wedding Supplier Platform.

WED4LESS OUTLETS will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, in connection with or use of, or inability to use, the Website;

• loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation (whether direct or indirect); or

• any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Subject to  WED4LESS OUTLETS total liability to the Supplier, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), for breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with the Agreement shall be limited to the greater of £100.

Any material you supply to WED4LESS OUTLETS will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain all of your ownership rights in Your Materials, but you are required to grant WED4LESS OUTLETS a licence to use, store and copy Your Materials and to distribute and make it available to third parties on the Wedding Supplier Platform.

You warrant that you shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

As a result of, or in connection with any claim brought against WED4LESS OUTLETS for infringement of a third party’s intellectual property rights in relation to the receipt or use of Your Materials, you shall indemnify WED4LESS OUTLETS against all costs, expenses, damages, and losses incurred or paid by WED4LESS OUTLETS

If any personal information is contained in Your Materials which you send, they will be used in accordance with the WED4LESS OUTLETS Privacy Policy.

You may link to the Website or social media channels only in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage WED4LESS OUTLETS reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link to WED4LESS OUTLETS Website:

• to suggest any form of association, approval, or endorsement on the part of WED4LESS OUTLETS where none exists; and

• on any website that is not owned by you.

As a condition of any supplier listing on the supplier directory, a widget will be provided by WED4LESS OUTLETS to place on to the supplier website. This widget will link through to the supplier’s local WED4LESS OUTLETS site. If a supplier does not have a working website; WED4LESS OUTLETS will require a social media post.

WED4LESS OUTLETS may amend the Terms of Use at any time. Every time you wish to use the Wedding Supplier Platform, we advise to check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

The Agreement constitutes the entire arrangement and understanding between all parties and supersedes and extinguishes all prior agreements, negotiations and discussions relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. Each party acknowledges that in entering into and performing the Agreement it does not do so on the basis of and does not rely on any statement or representation (whether innocent or negligent but excluding fraudulent representations) or warranty or understanding other than as expressly contained in the Agreement at the Start Date.

 If a court decides that any part of these Terms of Use cannot be enforced,  the rest of this Agreement wil be enforced.

A waiver by a party of a breach of any provision shall not be deemed a continuing waiver or a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions. Failure or delay in exercising any right under the Agreement shall not prevent the exercise of that or any other right.

No person other than a party to the Agreement shall have any rights to enforce any terms of the Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall create (or be deemed to create) a partnership or agency between the parties.

The Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
